Refund Process for Electronically Delivered Products

1. Initiate Refund

  • To request a refund for product downloads and other electronically delivered Intuit media, you must initiate the process within 60 days from the purchase date (not from license activation date).

2. Uninstallation Requirement

  • To qualify for a refund, you are required to uninstall and remove the application from your computer. Since there is no physical product shipped, there is no need to send anything back to the Returns Department.

3. Refund Request for QuickBooks Products

  • Refunds for electronically delivered QuickBooks products can be requested ONLY BY PHONE. Your license will be deactivated, and you will no longer be able to use the product. Requests must be requested no later than 60 days from the original date of purchase. We don’t accept cancellation requests via email, Livechat.

Important Return Requirement for QuickBooks Pro and Premier Plus

  • We can only accept refunds and return requests for licenses issued for current versions. Legacy (old) versions don’t qualify for returns as they can no longer be resold once registered or activated. Subscription based licenses CAN be returned within 60 days of purchase.

License Cancellation with Intuit past 60 days

  • If you have activated a license and wish to cancel it, you must contact Intuit directly. In such cases, no refund can be processed by For refunds on orders past 60 days, please contact Intuit directly. will NOT issue refunds for any licenses past 60 days under any circumstances.

Modifications and Changes Past 60 Days

  • If you require a change of license, upgrade, or any modifications past 60 days, please contact us directly with your request. Note that any proration of licenses issued directly by Intuit cannot be refunded past 60 days unless these changes were previously approved by When upgrading or changing licenses, please request these changes to be processed by .
