It also comes with exclusive time-saving and money-management features as well as access to the QuickBooks Desktop mobile app. Installation is easy, and you get notified when there are new features to access. There's no action required if you don't want to try the new features that are released.

Your subscription will auto-renew with the credit card on file so there is no service interruption. If you purchased Desktop Pro Plus via retail, make sure to add your credit card on file for uninterrupted service.

What happens if I cancel my subscription? Will I still be able to use my downloaded software?

When you download QuickBooks Desktop subscription products, you'll ‘own’ your data. If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to the software, but you'll be able to open your company files on a machine with an active license. If your subscription expires and is reactivated, you will be able to reopen your data files. We recommend exporting any relevant information or reports prior to subscription cancellation.

These will be available for sale until December 10, 2021. You have the option to cancel your QuickBooks Pro Plus subscription at any time.

Note: You're eligible for a prorated refund when you upgrade your subscription. This means you can cancel your current subscription and get a prorated refund for the remaining months when you upgrade.

The following conditions apply to monthly and quarterly plans:

There's no fee to cancel.
You'll continue to have access to your service through the end of your current subscription period.

You have the option to cancel your QuickBooks Pro Plus subscription with annual billing. However, it's important to understand that the support plan has specific terms and conditions.

This subscription has a 60 day money back guarantee. You'll only receive a full refund for your subscription if you cancel within 60 days from signup. Refunds will be processed to the credit card that we have on file for you.
