All licenses issued will be registered in your name either prior to license being issued or at the end of the QuickBooks installation and license activation process. If you ever lose your license and as long as you registered your product, you can always get your info online. Visit your account management portal (CAMPS) to get your product and license number.
If didn’t register your product and can’t find your license number, use the License Look Up tool.
All QuickBooks products purchased from CPAWarehouse.com are fully supported by Intuit Support. Please note that unlimited support is available for PLUS and Enterprise level products. Other products come with limited tech support (mostly installation related issues). Additional support can be purchased by ordering a Pro Advisor membership.
Identifying Authentic Intuit Software
If you don’t see this indicator on a disc you obtained, that disc may be counterfeit and may expose your computer to significant risks.
Will this indicator prevent me from making a back-up copy of my software?
No. This indicator has no effect on your ability to make copies of the software. However, as always, your creation and/or use of any back-up copy is governed by the terms of the software’s end-user license agreement.
Will this indicator somehow track my copy of the software by monitoring where or how I use, install or re-install the software?
No. This indicator does NOT, in any way, track any user activity or send any information back to Intuit or anyone else. It is solely a physical, visual authenticity feature placed on our discs to help our customers and retail partners identify Authentic Intuit discs—and avoid counterfeit discs.
I unwittingly purchased a counterfeit disc through an online marketplace. What should I do now?
You should immediately consider doing three things: avoid using the counterfeit disc in your computer’s CDROM drive report the incident to the site where you purchased the disc; report the incident to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (ic3.gov)
